Kenafeh also spelled knafeh, kunafeh, is a traditional Middle Eastern cheese pastry baked in sweet syrup. Some people prefer it inside the “kaakeh”, a traditional Lebanese bread, and some like it plain. Either way, it's absolutely delicious
